Una piccola parcella di Sangiovese vinificata a parte ci donano un piccolo capolavoro maremmano con la tipica dolcezza mediterranea al naso e un’ottima impressione di vivacità tra fiori rossi e tostature. In bocca poi si assottiglia fino a sparire e chiude presto ma l’impressione di dolcezza “morellino” unita a maggior profondità di territorio del Montecucco con note balsamiche e di mora-mirtillo è inequivocabile e di classe.
Maremma e la sua idea di sangiovese “-ino” ma non troppo…
