La notizia era nell’aria da un po’, è appena stata ufficializzata e probabilmente state leggendo questo post perché l’avete inserita come chiave di ricerca su Google: Massimo Bottura ha preso, finalmente, la terza stella Michelin. Per la prima volta in Italia, uno chef primeggia nelle graduatorie delle tre principali guide: il Gambero Rosso gli assegna 95 punti, ben tre in più dell’anno scorso, mentre l’Espresso ha ribadito la sua idea che la perfezione non è di questo mondo, confermando il punteggio di 19,75 ventesimi creato ad hoc nell’edizione 2011 [...leggi]
